Thank you for your opinion. Makes sence considering I wouldn’t be able to do an egg fast for more then 5 days without becoming nutritionally deficient. Unfortunately I feel like I may have to start paying more attention to my macros again. When I started looking into sustainability, counting macros was out the door along with intermittent fasting. I’m sad that I have to focus on that again.
What a journey it has been so far…🙂

Egg fasts are a mistake. Can you do this for the next 6 months? If not, you’re likely not going to see as much adherence as needed to create sustainable change.

I am definitely making more than one of those mistakes. Has huge success with keto a couple of years ago, but it was definitely with the all or nothing mindset. Despite quite a vigorous exercise routine it could take up to 5 days to be in ketosis. Then half a biscuit to throw me out. Now diet fatigued and the heaviest I have ever been.

You have me down to a tee. I have obviously tried Keto and have been with you for a long time but I find that pre-planning meals isn’t for me, my taste buds change on a daily basis. I don’t understand macros and I have to admit that the meal plans aren’t to my taste. I enjoy a few whiskies in the evening which I don’t think is allowed. I am seriously thinking of booking time with you as a last resort. I need to sort myself out!
