Ketogenic recipes tend to use a lot of almond flour, which is unsafe for those who suffer from nut allergies. These keto recipes below either uses coconut flour or sesame seed flour (or no flour at all) to create delicious keto flavours.

Almond flour can be replaced with sesame seed flour at a 1:1 ratio, or coconut flour can also be used (since coconut is a drupe, not a nut) at a ratio of 4:1 (almond flour : coconut flour)
