Keto Eggnog Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup heavy whipping cream (coconut cream for dairy free)
- 4 Cloves ground approx. ¼ tsp
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 tsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend on high for 30 seconds – 1 min until frothy on top.

Nutmeg, not cinnamon, is the traditional Eggnog spice. Add some rum flavoring and you have Christmas is a glass!

On the egg nog smoothie, isn’t there a risk of eating the eggs uncooked? Salmonella has been a big deal related to eggs. Thank you for your information.
